Sonia Linen - Coffee Hotel Pacai Handcrafted in our Kent workshopThe Sonia design began as a commission that brought to my mind a favourite painting Finlandaise by Sonia Delaunay (1908) a portrait with a beautifully bold floral background. This print celebrates the flowering shrubs Camellia and Magnolia with a free and boldly painted approach to echo the French modernist movement that Delaunay became synonymous with. It was a pleasure to design this larger scale pattern, which I hope will add character and impact
